You may place an order over the phone by giving us a call at: 602-475-0391. You may also order on our website. Follow these steps to place an order with us online:

1. Add an item to your shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button on the item's product page.

2. Click on “Cart” at the top right corner of our website to review your cart, add order notes, or select "gift receipt".

3.If your cart looks correct, click on "checkout" and follow the instructions until your order has been confirmed. You'll know your order is complete when you see our Order Confirmation page with your order number.

We offer an expedited service with a rush fee, depending on when the custom order is needed. For in stock items, we offer Next Day Delivery Guaranteed. Rushed orders are ideal for last-minute gifts or events!

You have 7 days to exchange an item from the date of purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unworn, unaltered, and in the same condition that you purchased it as. All items must have original tags still attached.

Due to the nature of our custom work, we do not issue refunds only store credit. Deposits for custom orders are non-refundable and not eligible for store credit.

While you are not required to create a Tiny Love Creations account in order to make a purchase, it is highly recommended. By creating an account with us, you gain the ability to view your past orders, check the status of current orders and track each shipment. Additionally, you’ll be able to save your account information with us, expediting the process for your next login and order. Creating an account with us also allows you to create a gift registry and share it with both family and friends.

2-5 Business Days is $6. Expedited shipping is $8.50. These are flat rate shipping rates regardless of the amount of item you order; so order more, save more!

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2pm will be processed and shipped within 48 hours. Orders placed on weekends will be processed within 48 hours on the next business day. We offer flat rate Priority mail. Priority mail does not mean one day shipping, but 2-5 business days.

Please note, however, that delivery times are not guaranteed (unless otherwise specified) and are subject to several other factors including national holidays, carrier delays, weather, product availability and credit card authorization. Tracking information is automatically emailed to the customer once the order is processed. It’s important to provide detailed and comprehensive shipping information when placing your order.

Tiny Love Creations is not responsible for undelivered packages based on misinformation of shipping addresses filled out by the customer upon checkout. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will be sure to assist you with the carrier used to ship it, but once an order shows delivered, we cannot assume responsibility for packages that are lost and/or stolen.
